The linen in our products comes from flax fields in Belgium that are organically cultivated without synthetic products such as fertilizers and herbicides, from non-genetically modified crops. The flax plant requires almost no irrigation, rainwater is enough. The organic flax cultivation has a positive effect on eco-system diversity, since it preserves and protects soil, plants and surrounding wildlife. It is a natural carbon sink. Products of linen are supple and resistant, lustrous and also biodegradable.
