At INDISKA.com you can always return an item/order within 30 days of the delivery date.
For purchases from INDISKA.com you always have a 30 days withdrawal period from the agreement in accordance with consumer protection legislation (14 days). This means that you as a Customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying INDISKA of this within 30 days of having received the article you ordered. You may not exercise your right of withdrawal if you open the packaging of an article, unless this is necessary in order to try or examine the article.
For reasons of hygiene, all earrings are sealed. Please note that the sealing must be kept unbroken in order to receive a refund or to exchange the item.
Returns to our stores
Returns are free of charge and can be most easily handled at one of our shops. In order to take back your article in the shop, we need the receipt that was sent to your e-mail inbox (printed out). The delivery note is not valid for return/exchange. Reimbursement will be made in cash or to your card. If you have choosen Klarna invoice as payment you need to pay the invoice for the money you get in return.
Returns can only be made at one of INDISKA`s shops in the country from which the article was bought upon presentation of the receipt or order confirmation.

You can also return your articles to INDISKA.com. If you return items to INDISKA.com, you pay for shipping. Certain countries are exempted from this return charge in accordance with mandatory law.

Shipping charges apply regardless of the size of the package. Use the return label included in your package. The charge is only intended to cover the shipping cost for the returned items and will be deducted from our reimbursement to you for the articles.
In the case of returns to INDISKAcom, fill in the attached return form and include it with your return package. Attach the prepaid return label where it is easily visible on the outside of the package. If the pouch/box your articles were delivered in is too big, you can pack the articles in your own packaging. Please note that it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that we receive the articles in one piece and undamaged. We recommend therefore that you send the articles well packaged.
When an entire order is returned, shipping costs and invoicing fee will in all cases be reimbursed. In the case of partial returns, no shipping costs or invoicing fees will be reimbursed. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of our receipt of your return. Reimbursement is made the same way you chose to pay when the order was placed.
Reimbursement in the case of invoice payment
For returns to a shop, reimbursement will be made to your card. If you chose an invoice via Klarna as your payment method, you must pay it before the due date or you will be charged a reminder fee. The shop cannot adjust the invoice. You must present your receipt and identification. The receipt is included in the package. A power of attorney is required to return an article for someone else.
In the case of a return to INDISKA.com, we settle this on your invoice. In those cases where you have not yet paid your invoice, your invoice will be cancelled or you will receive an updated invoice with a new amount by e-mail. If you have already paid your invoice, our customer service will contact you for information needed to credit your bank account.
Exchanges can be made free of charge at any of our stores if you present the receipt that accompanied your order or the order confirmation that was sent to your inbox (printed out). The delivery note is not valid for return/exchange. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be administered via INDISKA.com, for which we refer to our return policy.
